THE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING OF INDIGENOUS YOUTH

Back in 2013, a report was release which we think deserves re-visiting.  "The social and emotional wellbeing of indigenous youth: Reviewing and extending the evidence and examining its implications for policy and practice" is a comprehensive overview of research, policy and practice, which brings together a broad collection of information.  The report includes an overview of the characteristics of successful social and emotional wellbeing programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, as well as a framework for understanding the role of transformative social and emotional wellbeing programs in facilitating change.
